Date: November 15, 2021
Description: Successfully completed site preparation, demolition, utilities and foundation excavation for a commercial shopping center, meeting all deadlines and safety standards. This project involved complex Demolition we were asked to demolish a portion of a building connected to another building to run storm water pipes. We were able to accomplish this without collateral damage. We Laid 500 feet of Storm pipe and connected it to the city's existing infrastructure. We hit 2 unmarked city water supply lines and were able to stop the water losses within 30 mins both times.
Project 2: Strickland Manufacturing
Client: Strickland Manufacturing
Location: Goochland Virginia
Date: August, 2023
Description: Strickland mfg had a 15000 square Building catch on fire. Aardvark was called to demolish the building. Upon arrival John noticed the entire building didn't need to be torn down and felt compassion seeing employees working now in the parking lot. John obtained 2 structural engineer reports confirming his beliefs. Aardvark was then asked to Demolish the interior manufacturing equipment and remove them from the building. Aardvark drove excavators inside the building, demolished and removed forklifts, structures and removed all insulation. Aardvark successfully did this without damage to the building..

Date: October 2024
Description: Demolition and land clearing for a public greenspace. Our team safely removed old structures and cleared the land, making way for new construction and walking trails while preserving existing natural features.
